Rihanna and Dior are Teaming Up for a Good Cause

You've probably seen the much-talked about design from designer Maria Grazia Chiuri's first collection for Dior, spring 2017, even if you aren't tuned into the fashion world. Many celebrities and Instagram stars have been rocking Chiuri's "We Should All Be Feminists" T-shirt, which was inspired by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's essay and TEDx talk. The inspiration speech not only inspired those at Dior, but also the Queen B herself. Beyonce features a clip of the Ted Talk in her song ***Flawless. Now, it's Rihanna's turn to champion the catchphrase. The pop star is teaming up with Dior for an amazing cause. A percentage of the shirt's proceeds will benefit Rihanna's non-profit organization, The Clara Lionel Foundation.

The Clara Lionel Foundation supports global education, health, and emergency response programs Rihanna started the organization back in 2012 in honor of her beloved grandparents. It's one of her life's passions, which is what makes her such a perfect partner for this charitable effort. "Seeing artists such as Rihanna wearing the We Should All Be Feminists T-shirt showed me how important it is for women to advance their fight," Chiuri said in a statement, "My position in a house as influential as Dior, but also my role as a mother, reminds me every day of my responsibilities and the importance of my actions."

While the shirts are definitely cute, they retail at the high price point of $710. The shirts can be purchased online and at all Dior stores until May 15th, so if you have $710 lying around make sure you go out and grab one to support The Clara Lionel Foundation.

If the t-shirt isn't for you, though, you can still get involved with Rihanna's foundation. Rihanna would probably be proud of any humanitarian effort her fans make. After all, she is Harvard's Humanitarian of the Year!
