Miley Cyrus opened #KTUphoria so that when her set was done she could jet over to Manchester to support the victims, her fans and her friends at the One Love for Manchester concert Sunday.
Miley tells 103.5 FM KTU's Hollywood Hamilton that her friend Ariana Grande's reaction to the attack after her concert at the Manchester Arena "shows who she is."
"I think she's really showing herself...as a great, honorable person," Miley said.
She said she believes that whatever Ariana does next musically will be a reflection of the difficult time she's been going through since her Manchester concert.
"She's experienced something not many other people have," Miley said. "Who cares if you have a great voice? You have to be a great person."
